HDPE CONDUIT AND ACCESSORIES MANUFACTURED IN THE USA

Under the key provisions in the Build America, Buy America Act Guidance, a Bipartisan Infrastructure Law was signed into law which includes BABA. BABA establishes a domestic content preference for Federal financial assistance obligated for infrastructure projects. The BABA preference applies to iron or steel products, manufactured products and construction materials.

Furthermore, manufactured products must be made in the United States and the cost of components of a manufactured product that are manufactured in the United States must exceed 55 percent of the cost of all components.

In compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act, OSI Plastics conduit and other manufactured products are produced in several facilities in the United States. Current facilities in Columbus, OH and Delaware, OH.
